I’m Maria. I’m glad you’re here.

I believe every person bears the image of God. Each of us has an inherent dignity that doesn’t depend on what we’ve accomplished, what we’ve done, or what we’ve been through. That belief shapes how I see people and how I approach my work.

I partner with people as they seek growth and healing in their lives and relationships, and my Christian faith shapes how I understand this work. I believe mercy and truth belong together, and that there is something deeply meaningful about having someone bear witness to your life and walk alongside you.

Professionally, my background spans leadership, systems engineering, and data science. Those experiences have taught me to think in systems while paying attention to the people within them, and I’m interested in what helps people flourish and what allows communities to live more faithfully into the values they profess.
